Canspice.org has redesigned, and Brad cites the design of this blog as inspiration! It looks like he’s talking about the bit near the top of the home page with little boxes for Last.fm / Flickr / etc.
Incidentally, I’m quite glad he’s gone for a redesign. As he says himself, the last design was a bit busy and I sometimes found it a bit difficult to tell what was going on! As for the new design, I really like the layout of the posts on the redesigned Canspice, although it took a bit of getting used to. Not so sure about the colour scheme though, and I’m having to guess the trackback URL (of course, he may have trackbacks switched off…).
The most amazing thing about this is that the design of my blog has actually stood still for long enough for it to inspire somebody else’s design!
Of course, all of my designs are 100% original ideas of mine. Ahem…
I’ve always kind of thought of Trackbacks as blogging wankery. 🙂 I didn’t have them turned on before but they are now. I’ll look into putting the Trackback URL somewhere into posts, but I’ve got a couple of other things to fix first.
