I certainly agree with the first but I’m currently undergoing a period of self-enforced agnostisism about the second.
I’m pretty similar to you, Garry. I think ultimately nuclear sounds big and scary, but in truth is the best option for the medium-term. Longer-term it will possibly (hopefully) be more feasible to use renewable energy. But who knows? I certainly don’t. I know little about energy. It’s one of those issues that I know is important, but I can’t be arsed with it yet.
