I agree too – I’m English by birth, but consider myself Scottish (naturalised)/British/European in that order. I’ve noticed, sadly enough, that Scots and Welsh don’t seem to have a problem with this, but certain sections of the English public seem to think that you either got to be British or European, can’t be both, (narrow minded?). Sigh!
