On the other, I&#039;m not supposed to access the net for personal use at work, private organisations don&#039;t like that sort ofthing.  So given that reading blogs is rarely if ever going to be needed, then, well, maybe.

But then, if they&#039;re policy makers or advisers, that&#039;s really stupid, some pretty high end academics and similar are blogging these days.  Ah well.</description>
