On the other, I'm not supposed to access the net for personal use at work, private organisations don't like that sort ofthing. So given that reading blogs is rarely if ever going to be needed, then, well, maybe. But then, if they're policy makers or advisers, that's really stupid, some pretty high end academics and similar are blogging these days. Ah well. On the one hand, WTF?
