Harry Thompson has died having married earlier in the day. How terrible. I didn’t even know he was ill. Thompson was behind a lot of great comedy programmes, including the excellent Monkey Dust and the original 11 O’Clock Show (before it descended into a never-ending stream of cock jokes).
