A point that I might have made in that post, but I can&#039;t remember if I did, is that the &#039;big four&#039; countries are probably the countries who don&#039;t take it seriously enough. For eastern Europe winning something like the Eurovision Song Contest is probably still quite a big deal, whereas here it&#039;s just a bit of a joke.

Radiohead were apparently going to be entering Eurovision, but packed it in when they realised they had to go through the whole qualifying process aswell.</description>
