Oh! Interactive now, you see.
Actually this blog isn’t any more interactive than yesterday, I am just too lazy to describe this blog.
You see, I want somebody to help me out with those descriptions that you have to write for those blog directory sites like BritBlog. I really hate doing these. It reminds me of trying to write my Personal Statement on my UCAS form — the hardest thing I had to do all year, and that’s not a joke.
Invariably my descriptions are boring, inaccurate and are certainly not going to entice anybody to visit. Take the description I wrote for Blogwise:
Semi-informed political commentary interspersed with boring rants about my life.
Well, I wouldn’t click that link.
So when I was thinking how I could improve this, I thought, well, you are the ones who read the thing, so you lot are bound to know how to describe it!
So, yes, I’m getting you to do all the hard work while I get a good night’s sleep because I can’t be bothered to come up with anything better. Think of it as a competition, yes. I’d like something that is snappy, interesting, concise and accurate!
Prize? Uh, prize. …The glory! The power! The appearance of your description of my blog on all those rubbish directory sites that nobody ever looks at!* A link somewhere!
If you would be kind enough as to have a go, please write it in the comments. Or press the red button! •

As competitions go, the ‘one entrant’ variety tend to be the easiest ones.
I like the concept, so full marks. One day I’ll adapt it and use it, whenever I can be bothered to go around all those directory sites.
Congratulations to our anonymous Anonymous.
